Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose of Coaching
Life coaching is a professional, collaborative process designed to help clients identify goals, explore possibilities, and take action toward desired outcomes. Coaching focuses on personal growth, mindset shifts, and practical strategies.
It is not a substitute for licensed therapy or counseling and/or medical advice.
2. Roles & Responsibilities
Coach Responsibilities:
-Provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment.
-Offer tools, strategies, and accountability to support the client’s goals.
-Maintain confidentiality as outlined in Section 4
Client Responsibilities:
-Take full responsibility for decisions, actions, and results.
-Attend sessions on time and be prepared to engage fully.
-Communicate openly about progress, challenges, and needs.
3. Session Structure
Sessions are typically 60-120 minutes in length and will be conducted via video conferencing, or by phone. The frequency and total number of sessions will be agreed upon before the coaching relationship begins. Session notes or resources may be provided at the coach’s discretion.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. Confidentiality may be broken only if required by law, such as in cases of risk of harm to self or others. The coach may keep brief notes for professional purposes, which will be stored securely.
5. No Guarantees
The client understands that coaching is a process that depends on their active participation. The coach does not guarantee specific results, and outcomes vary based on the client’s commitment, actions, and circumstances.
6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may end the coaching relationship with written notice. Any situation or correspondence that may arise and could possibly result in agreement termination shall be addressed by terminating party with the objective of resolution before terminating.
7. Refunds
Any and all coaching fees are nonrefundable.
